Singles from the album were "Say Goodbye", "Throw Your Arms Around Me" (a re-recorded version of the previous release as a single) and "Everything's On Fire". The album featured a song originally recorded by Sardine v, "Stuck On You". Sardine v included Stephanie Falconer aka Stephanie Rilen.
