"Breath" is the second single and the third track from post-grunge band Breaking Benjamins third album, Phobia. It was the bands fourth charted song on the U.S. Hot 100 overall, and the second from Phobia.
It hit #1 on the US Mainstream Rock Tracks chart, making it Breaking Benjamins first number-one hit. The song stayed at number one for seven weeks. It is also #3 on the US Modern Rock Tracks chart, and has reached #84 on Billboards Hot 100 chart.
A contest was held in which fans create a music video for "Breath", called the Breath Fan Video Contest, and the band and label selected 4 videos as finalists.
